What the Fun deploys a photo mosaic app on the day of your event. No software to download, no installation: your participants access the interface from their mobile, take their photo, and see it integrate in real-time into the collective mosaic. When the room is full, the final image is revealed. Our event photo mosaic is a fun way to bring your teams together and strengthen corporate spirit.

This system is designed for event managers, marketing teams, and corporate event organizers. It is not a self-service SaaS tool: it is a service managed by our team, from configuration to execution on the day of the event.

How the Photo Mosaic App Works

Before the event, you choose the visual to be revealed: your logo, a powerful message, an illustration of a product launch, or a new graphic identity. Our team configures the interface, prepares the dedicated URL, and the QR code to distribute to your guests.

On the day of the event, each participant scans the code from their mobile and takes a selfie. The photo instantly integrates into the mosaic, visible live on your event screen. The mosaic grows contribution by contribution – until the final image is revealed, a unifying moment for everyone in the room.
